Fast talking salesman. OH yes, 10 year warranty on the best mattress in the store. Yea WRONG!!!!! The mattress was of inferior quality and sagged over 2 1/2 inches within four months. Warranty is a JOKE!! They are very clever when you try to make a claim and will do anything to blame it on you. It took three phone calls to even get an appointment to get someone to come look at it. The guy who came was not truthful and the service I received when I tried to make a claim was RUDE! I DO NOT recommend The Sleep Doctor. I went there because I though I would get s superior mattress. Again , this place is a JOKE!!! Guess the $1,300. joke was on me. I have to pick at least one star to get this to post. I do not give it one star!
