I have been trying to support this neighborhood cleaner over the past 10 years.  I have had some minor issues with them: Broken/cracked buttons on dress shirts (H&M shirts so I figured cheap buttons) & a dress shirt that had a piece of dark fuzz pressed into it leaving a stain in the middle of the low back portion.  However, I had no need to wear the shirt for about 3 mos so when I found the issue with the fuzz & stain and brought it back, they tried to remove the stain but wouldn't reimburse for the shirt & since it had been so long I didn't feel I had much of an argument.  However here is what happened recently:  1. I purchased a dress shirt at 8PM;  2. I took it to the cleaners at 845A the next day stain free;  3. After picking up the shirt that evening, I discovered it had 4-5 large spots in the middle of the chest which would have been obvious when I tried it on;  4. Brought the shirt back the next morning at 10A & showed them the receipt & tags from the brand new, never worn shirt;  5.  They unsuccessfully tried twice to remove the spots.  They said they were food spots caused by me.  I explained again it was a brand new, never worn shirt other than trying it on in the store;  6. I showed them again my store receipt & the dry cleaner ticket showing I had the shirt for about 12 hours, but they refused to compensate;  7. I even filed a complaint with the BBB regarding this matter & they are still blaming me for the stains on my brand new, never worn shirt;  I guess their business philosophy is: “The customer is NEVER right.”  I'm sorry, but I cannot support this neighborhood business anymore.  (FYI: This Store is where the clothes dropped off at Imperial on Sylvania are cleaned.  My clothes were dropped off at Imperial.  They are both owned by the same people.)
