Horrible. We made reservations-paid for 3 rooms. We get there and they told us you are getting a suite (the suite was one bedroom and a sofa bed) plus a regular room. Well the sofa bed is old, smelly and the mattress was with wires all over. We needed 3 rooms because is 3 different families. One of the beds is crooked. The rooms are smelly and the manager is an evil woman. We were there for a dance workshop and our plans were ruined. Their website shows a totally different picture, the rooms are dirty, ac is dirty we were afraid of using it and getting sick The worst experience

If Google would let us give 0 stars i would. -Upon entering our room we noticed the dirty floor with what i guess are paint stains scattered about. The floor also didn't feel clean and the carpet had that caked on dust feel to it. -One half of the dresser that was in our room was completely broken and useless. Never seen this sort of thing in my life, not even in cheap motels. -I guess they're doing renovations on some rooms, which is good. BUT we were placed next door to a room where renovations were being done and a guy was using power tools until 930pm. It was hard to sleep. Either an oversight by management or they don't really care for the comfort of their guests. 0 stars.

The room was tidy but the carpet was disgusting and dirty. I started itching as soon as we got in. Someone tried to use their key card to get into our room which made me feel really uneasy. The paint was chipped and holes in the door frames. I could not sleep at all the one night we stayed there and kept my things on the table.There was a nice flat screen T.V. but that was the only nice thing.I was getting dressed in the morning and spotted a ROACH crawl into the back of the hairdryer that was attached on the wall. We were OUT of there so quick! Do not spend your money here, even if its for a few hours.

Rooms are like what everyone else says it is. Rooms are in despair, shower have different heads in the rooms some with good head and then some that give off a high pitch noise. Dresser not working well. The name they have here is not there name but there paperwork and wi-fi say quality inn and suites. But this place is..... Hotel impossible needs to help this place out even if it's just a reality show. Elevator in back are turned off or not working. Back 3rd floor walk around is bumpy. There's only one ice machine for this whole place.

lol yeah this Hotel sucks. Prices are way too high for the quality of service and the quality of the hotel itself. I was woken up in the middle of the night by some cholos that looked like they set up a drug dealers room next to me. Not only that but if you call and get a response it's from a lady that is as helpful as a blank map. Definitely not worth the $105. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. You are better off in your car, save your money.
