I ordered flowers for Mother's Day about a week in advance to be delivered ON Mother's Day Sunday and they delivered them the day before without any notification whatsoever. They even sent me a confirmation email today saying the flowers were delivered on Sunday, even though my mother received them Saturday! You shouldn't provide options on a website that you don't actually offer. They also screwed up my boyfriend's order, wrote the wrong name on the card and sent an entirely different bouquet than what was ordered, and THEN rudely gave him a really hard time about getting a refund, saying she should, "Go get the flowers back since you want a refund." Ridiculously unprofessional. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the bouquet itself that I ordered was beautiful. Everything else was a complete mess.

If you are looking for a certain  flower,if they dont have it store,they will get it..plants are ways delivered on time and with beautiful presence..

I choose this florist after reading the two 5 star reviews. I then visited the store and was taken over by the beauty of their displays.  I sent 5 table holiday arrangements to customers my company support. All that is left to say is Wow they were beautiful.

Worst Florist in the world.  My husband ordered me flowers to be delivered ON my birthday.  They did NOT deliver them AT ALL on my birthday. They did not EVEN LEAVE an I missed you note, OR ANYTHING!  So here I am thinking my husband who is all the way in Korea on a tour with the army forgot about me.  What an unprofessional business.  You can at least leave a note to say you were here and you missed me.  Since it was a Saturday, now I won't get them until Monday, Thanks Artist De Fleurs for making my birthday so fricken special.
