I stopped in here late in the afternoon to buy flowers for my wife and there was still a very good selection to choose from. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were in great condition. Nothing wilted or old. They lasted for quite a bit of time as well when I took them home. I'll definitely come back.

Worst experience ever first and for most worst customer service the Korean lady who owns it is beyond rude placed an order online after 2 hours of placing the order they called me to inform me they didn't have the vase or the flowers for the arrangement some flower shop so after being inconvenienced and having to change my order for something I did not want  delivery was a disaster it never made it to my mom for her birthday I ended up having my dad pick them up and they refused to refund me a 10 dollar delivery fee when the driver never even made it out to deliver the arrangement when I called she decided to get loud and scream  blaming me for her poor management lack of customer service and broken English can't argue with stupid so I decided to call my bank and stop the payment on my card DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HAD I LIVED IN THE AREA I WOULD OF PERSONALLY BROUGHT BACK THE FLOWERS  and this is the second review I write she deleted the first one   DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND I WILL KEEP WRITING REVIEWS

Great place. These guys were right on time. They gave me a time frame and they met it. The joy on my friends face made it worth it!

This place is the worst! Ordered flowers the for my friend in a local hospital and they showed up so late in the day that she left and was transferred to another hospital. The delivery guy got there around 5 p.m. and could not find her and decided to throw the flowers out and never told me. When I called the following day I spoke to the owner and she refused to give me a refund and was really rude. Yelled at me and said it was my fault. In fact, she said she spoke to my friend who I was sending flowers and said that she said 'she hated' me. How can my friend in a serious car accident say that? They clearly do not have any customer service and don't think others want to send their loved one flowers. Gotta be a fool to support this chop shop of a florist!
