This is the WORST jewelry store on every level:  repairs, prices and customer service.   I have had 4 items repaired there over the years and each time I had a horrible experience.  I kept going back because it was convenient.   However, after my last experience I will never go back there.   First, the customer service is horrible.  They are rude, and very slow to assist you.    Moreover, on the one occasion I had to bring something back in because the repair was not done correctly, they gave me a horrible attitude and made me wait several days for something that they previously told me could be done immediately.   Another time, my repaired item (a ring) cracked and I was told that it was probably from wear and tear not because the work they performed on it.   Second, there prices are outrageously high and inconsistent.   Within a three week span,  I was given two different prices by different employees for the same type of work.   I decided to go to another jeweler in the area and that jeweler was 20 percent cheaper than the lower of the two prices I was given at Artiste for the same repair.   Third, as stated above, the repairs done by the jeweler are not good as I have had problems with items repaired there.   Finally, they are extremely slow at making repairs and do not meet deadlines that they set for themselves.    I actually would give them no stars.

Excellent, thoughtful, patient, and knowledgable staff. I can't recommend this place enough if you want to shop for a watch. 

They also have a generous 30 day return policy for in store credit.

Splendid accommodation, I must say. I was looking for a graduation gift for my friend and the staff gave me insights on what to choose. He suggested a lot of necklaces and I liked them all. If only I could buy all of those that he recommended. They have reasonable prices, good quality of jewelry. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I brought my watch here for them to remove 2 links from it. They were very efficient. The guy who works there was kind enough to entertain me while doing his job. He was talking and talking about jewelries, endorsing their products. I had no problem with it since it was a part of his job but I found it very amusing. Reasonable prices.

I was extremely happy with the ring they made for me from a sapphire given to me by my grandmother.  I met with them only briefly and the result was spectacular.  My mother referred this place to me after she bought my father a watch there for his birthday last year.  They had mentioned to her that they make custom pieces, and since she enjoyed the service and he enjoyed the watch, I thought I couldn't miss.  So glad I was right!
