This is a great store, cozy and fun for browsing, and picking up colorful pieces to update my jewelry. I didn't expect to be able to buy jewelry in this neighborhood, the prices are very reasonable.

I started shopping at KT Collection years ago when they opened their first location on 75th and Columbus - my neighborhood at the time. I have several of their signature necklaces, handmade earrings and bracelets, and get soooo many compliments when I wear their pieces. The jewelry will last a long time if you take care of it (i.e. don't shower too often with the necklaces or the dipped chains will tarnish). Any time I've had an issue the owner and/or store staff has been more than helpful to either fix or exchange and item. I can't speak to any experience with the costume jewelry because I've only purchased handmade/original gold and/or silver items. I'm now living on the West Coast and still order from KT online...which I'm about to do today because I get a $10 birthday discount! I'm happy that KT has done as well as they have - going from street fairs to a successful brick and mortar and online business - and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

Cheap costume jewelry that does not last. Tried to ask for a replacement when 2 stones fell out of earrings that were a special gift for my niece who had them for only a few months. The owner blamed my niece and was willing to "sell" me a replacement for a discount. If that is how you like to be treated, shop here. Otherwise there are plenty of other shops around.
