The flowers were different colors than the online picture, but still a nice arrangement.  They made my Grandmother happy.  They were also delivered only a few hours after I placed the order.  Quick service.

Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service.  The lady in the shop was kind.  I hadn't given them the unit number.  The delivery man was very patient and understanding.  The flowers were delivered on the requested date.  My mom tells me they are beautiful! Thank you so much!

I live and Tampa Florida and found out a friend in Panama City wasn't feeling well so I found Artistic balloons & Flowers. I ordered the bouquet with balloons & candy at 8pm. The arrangement was delivered by 3pm & my friend said it was absolutelt beautiful & the candy was in a gorgeous gold box! There was no delivery charge because it was local and I am extremely happy with the service. I recommend this florist, Artistic Balloons & Flowers for great professional courteous service!!
