Sam's Club

Horrible customer service. I place an order on November 12 to be delivered within a certain time frame. The carrier hired to deliver the item could not find the address?? Therefore they returned the item to the manufacturer. I call Sam's and spoke with a representative that helped me cancel the original order and place a new one (in hopes it would work out this time). According to the website the item was delivered; however it was not. The carrier has yet to be available to answer why and as of today I call Sam's to cancel the order and request a refund. So 2 1/2 months later, we still don't have the item ordered and are now having to go somewhere else to find what we need. Totally poor and unsatisfactory customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the bakery. My wife ordered our daughter a birthday cake and they lost it. We tried to order another of the same style and the bakery lost their catalogue of custom cakes. So no cake,no catalogue,no service,no results... We done after 25 years of business.

This was my first trip to Sam's Club on 23rd Street Panama City. I have belonged to other Sam's Clubs in Missouri so I am somewhat familiar with them. This store is smaller than I'm used to but other than them not carrying kayaks and other large items is store is Superior in so many ways. Because it is smaller it has better customer service as well as short checkout lines which I really loved. Also the store is cleaner than I am used to. One thing I really miss is all the free sample items. I don't know if it was a fluke or not but I did not see one food stand in the entire store that was giving samples. I rely on these samples somewhat in my food choices.

Slow night, so not busy. Best time to visit. Scan and go app is awesome!
