Upon ariveing at their store we were impressed with the product available, but when we asked for a quote on our project they quoted $6,000.00. We were going to walk , so they cut the price in half. That in it self was a little disturbing but we agreed and moved forward. Three weeks later the product was installed and looked great , but the installers cut a water line. My wife called the company, left a mesage and sent photos. Three days latter we drove back to the store and discussed the situation and the cost to repair the damages, but was told that they bare no responsibility for this damage and we should have called them. They claim that the number we called was the wrong number and claim the have 10 phone lines. I will never do business with this company, I have no trust in them .

Disappointing that I provided a sample and a photograph of what I wanted and that is not what I got.  A standard thirty-five dollar gate that Home Depot offers turned out to cost five hundred dollars when made and installed by Artistic, and they weren't fast or accurate.  Expensive and be sure you compare your own measurements to that of the salesman because you are stuck with what he writes down... not what it actually is.  Initial installation very sloppy and haphazard.  Not what I was expecting given all the glowing reviews.  Buyer beware!

I would like to say a great thank you to Artistic Iron Works, especially one of the staff members: Jacque.

I am on the board of an HOA that is in the process of renovating a park. Our board members are having a difficult time of getting all the various vendors together to discuss all of the different aspects that it takes to build a park. When one of our board members discovered a discrepancy in measurements, Jacque took it upon herself to double check the information. She found a discrepancy then sent her team to remeasure and make sure all was correct.

When every other vendor wouldn't respond, Jacque came along side of me and helped me avoid a huge problem. I want to give Artistic Iron Works a big applause for taking the time to do the job right and giving great customer service and support.

Purchased solar style security screens for several windows and a french door.   I am extremely pleased with this company,  very polite and professional. Had the screens installed in just a couple of weeks after making a deposit.   Anyone looking for added security but do not want traditional iron bars, check out  their solar style security screens for windows and doors.   I shopped around for months and had multiple bids,  very glad I went with this company.
