Totally loved it here! Dan showed us around the whole nursery even when we weren't yet sure of buying trees for our barren backyard. Of course we went there again in a few months to purchase our first trees together as a couple. Wonderful staff who greeted us at the reception and Dan has been superb guide to help us in our selection!

Edit + update (6 months later) :  
The service earlier wasn't a problem but within a few months of noticing the tree was bending a lot, we tried to fix it. After fixing it for almost 10 times up till now, the tree has again gone back to this (picture below 'Today Again'). The winds are one of the craziest today (as you could probably make out from today's photo) and I would recommend to take a warranty. I contacted them and the manager called back within an hour or so (impressing follow up) saying  they will fix it or give us another tree as we are under warranty. They will call back tomorrow to confirm the date and time when they will send their men out. Thank goodness for my husband insisting on the warranty. I would recommend it too. Not a bad decision to purchase from Moon Valley Nursery after all. Thank you!

Juan and the "A" team did a great job installing two 36inch magnolia trees in our backyard.  Juan, Paul, Edwin, Montel and Jessie worked none stop to get these brutes installed.  Bringing these to the backyard was a real effort and they where the boys that could do the job.  Moon is now my go to nursery.

Moon Valley offers a large variety of outdoor plants along with house plants. I love all the animals and the friendly staff, especially Michael Payne. He's my favorite.

Bought a bunch of grape vines, of the bunch 2 went died. Brought them back and they claimed the were not watered. So they were going to exchange them. We get to the register and they had said there is no exchange just a discount. They kept the dead ones and the live ones. They have a nice place for all the animals but when it comes to keeping up with competition they are very poor. The claim is because they will replace any plants or trees that die. So yeah you may want to go to star nursery being they are far cheaper and will infect replace dead plants.

The job is paid in full and we have been made consistent promises of plant replacements/backorders, and lighting. Corey is extremely unaccountable - Elizabeth speaks of nothing with the exception of how overworked and short staffed the company is. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

10 + dead plants. Also accepted payment for plants that they did not deliver. They "said" they were backordered when they were never even ordered.
