Aruba is a wonderful place to call home. Jane and Keith is excellent  mangers. They make sure everyone is happy and their needs are taking care of. The staff here is perfect and the park is well maintain. Great activity and special dinners.

Great place! Very accommodating when we rolled in late at night after a hurricane evacuation. We were only there one night but the people we met were very friendly and helpful. The place was well maintained and welcoming. We'll be stopping by again.

I have been RVing for around10 years and Aruba is in the top3 places I have stayed at the diversity of people and culture is great there is plenty to do many activities for everyone many dinners breakfast lunch barbeque for every occasion there is also a brand new cafe which is open they have great food and drink the staff offer a pleasant dinning experience there is something for everyone lots of amenities, games raffles you name it we have it if not bring your ideas Aruba is always open to the new.  Aruba has access to fishing and boating which is awesome. Aruba is also a great pet friendly park there dog walks and dog parks one of which is a huge enclosure for a safe friendly environment for your pet it's great they also supply doggy poop bags in case you forget yours it is a pick up after your pet park which I like very clean park like I said something for everyone come and enjoy I would like to add the owner and management  are exceptional people they are always there to help!!!

Thank you Aruba for being part of my new family the staff here is family I feel very comfortable and at home here I know you guys went through a lot with the hurricane damage and you’re doing a terrific job thanks again for being in my life

Dear Aruba RV resort -  I am NOT the Melissa Herrington that posted a previous review and I have not visited or stayed at your resort in fact, I have not been to Florida in like 20+ years...however I am going to leave a review based off of the other reviews and comments.   My opinion is that a couple of negative reviews( out of more than a dozen positive reviews) is not something that would keep me from visiting or staying at your resort and I would imagine any other reasonable person would think the same -  
  So, ...please clarify if I am not uunderstanding you correctly — i think that you are saying that the bad reviews have caused your business harm and or loss of income?  
  I would not stay at your resort because, I think I would be scared to stay there -to clarify,  in my opinion, you are publicly threatening your guests with lawsuits.  Also, publicly posting the exact dates that a person stayed at your resort-  and a few other things - If it was my information you posted - I would be VERY upset because I think that would cross my personal privacy boundaries.  
  Have you tried -Privately-  finding out what you can do to change the opinion of those dissatisfied guests?    I am assuming since you were able to post some private details about dates that people stayed that you probably have other means in which you could get in touch with these people to make things right.  
Going forward can you just TRY to be nice?  You may be great people but your online public responses tell me something completely different...If you are losing money because of public posts, I can assure you that your responses stood out to me when thinking about an RV resort.  It is your comments that are probably keeping people away,  not the bad reviews from 2 people....just brush it off people.  Don’t ruin your small business by making bad business decisions.  Instead of talking to a lawyer about slander and tort lawsuits,   Find someone who will help you market your business and advise you on how to respond to negative feedback.
There is so much bad in the world lately.  A bit of Kindness goes a VERY long way!
