Their hours are so much better than many other banks. Usually I am in and out quickly, using the drive through. Inside, the wait is not usually too long, either. We try to use this branch more than others because these folks are very customer-service oriented.

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. Be prepared to wait forever. Also, they have no idea how to help do anything. Going to switch banks after my experience today.

first time i went in i experinced horrible and very bad treatment and ive banked with arvest for a long time but nevr had a lady who worked there curse at me for no reason avoid the lady in the far left, curly hair in not experinced at all
