This bank is AMAZING! When I first met my boyfriend he had been banking here for a long time. They treat you like family. Recently  my card went missing. I called this morning and they ordered me a new one and cancelled my other. They use proper account security and it's great, and local, and I'm so glad I'm banking here!!!!

The workers at this bank are rude and very disrespectful.
A manager at my store went to go and get change from this bank to keep the store running properly, and the snotty woman on the intercom said "well since you don't have an account I'm not supposed to do a change order, I'll do it this time but do not come back expecting it again."

You got it lady, we'll NEVER use this bank again, and you'll NEVER get recommended to anyone by me, or any employees. I've been to several other banks and all have said that switching out change is a service most banks would be happy to provide, account or not. Thank God our business switched from AVB to Arvest. Because these people suck!
