It would be nice if they gave their customers an actual phone number for the location, instead of having all the calls sent to a central number, where you are on hold forever!

Never can get anyone to answer the phone. When you call any number it apparently goes to a call center and holds there forever. So far I have yet talk to an actual person.

We've banked with Arvest for 10+ years, and couldn't be happier. We don't have to physically go into the Ada location often, but when we have they were courteous, professional, and friendly. A+ banking!
