Let me share with you about this team I hired on my Workers Compensation case. Oklahoma WC laws are HORRID! They protect the insurance companies and NOT the injured worker. T.R. Banks, Amanda, Robyn, & Erica of Austin & Banks are 100% about getting what the injured worker needs. And You are a PERSON to them Not just another case number! I hope you never need them, however,  if you do call them! If you know someone who has been injured send them to Austin & Banks!

This was a horrible experience with an attorney... T. R. Banks was never available and the woman who runs his office is very unprofessional she gave me 3 different times that I would have my money and I still haven't received it and the lady who answers the phone Robin actually hung up in my face as if she was to busy to answer my questions that would have takin maybe a minute... I used T.R. Banks for another case in ,2009 when he was in office with Brandon Burton and my experience was completely different. If I would have known things changed I would have definitely used another attorney. One that takes his oath seriously
