I love the bank itself, but I don’t like that the number listed is local but we still get transferred to general customer service. I’d prefer to talk to someone within the location that I called. Other than that Arvest is amazing!

Worst Arvest in Conway. Teller was rude and not helpful at all. I'll be going out of my way to the branch on Donaghey from now on!!!!

I had gotten locked out of my checking account & all my online/mobile banking due to a security mix-up so I stopped here (not normal branch). The assistant branch manager, Christina Branch (ironic..lol), took the time to personally help me get back into my checking account and worked hard to get me back into my online banking, mobile & on my way. She told me that if I had any issues getting my mobile banking to work to call her (& handed me her business card). Got to my location &... no mobile banking! I called Christina & after a bit of troubleshooting had me back to normal, which to me means everything since without my banking app I'm lost & 'dead in the water '! Thanks Christina, you're why I LOVE Arvest & will never bank anywhere else!!!
