This is a great location if you're looking for middle eastern foods at a great price. The only set back at this particular location is the parking structure. The amount of volume this store receives especially on the weekends is tremendous and their parking lot cannot accommodate the volume. Therefore, if you don't mind parking in the parking lot parallel to the store or the residential area behind it, you should definilty come check out the store. The staff here is always friendly and there customer service to my family has always been great.

I was surprised that the pricing would be so good. I have been to Arz a couple times now. Really enjoy the selection of traditional north american diet items (e.g. strawberries, celery) with traditional middle eastern items. 
Aisles are a little narrow and parking is limited (consider street parking on a side street) however the pricing here is actually really good and great selection of middle eastern items. Cash experience is super quick - often have someone cashing you out and someone else bagging. Recommend.

The Arz Fine Foods is a truly fine grocery store with a strong focus on Middle Eastern groceries. Hands down this is one of the finest Middle Eastern groceries in Ontario. They have an extensive patisseries section and a first grade cheese and antipasto bar. They stock genuine olive oil from original sources and the also carry Middle Eastern frozen foods brands. They have a hot meal counter which provides high quality food. The fresh vegetable and fruit section is reasonable and is competitive with large chain grocery stores. They also have a fresh meats counter serving halal meets. The parking situation needs more work from management because it is simply not enough. This location is reaching capacity and they need to move to a larger place soon with ample parking and more space for shelves.

I rated this hell hole 2 stars only because of the pita bread, other than that the employee’s always have a sour face like someone forced them to work that day.....I mean fake a smile if u have to! If anyone employed by Arz or the owner reads these reviews please for the love of God invest in some edicate classes for ur employees!! I go in & out as fast as I can so I don’t have to deal with those sour ass people.

Variety of food selection is excellent. Unit cost is high. Customer is atrocious. I felt  unappreciated. I waited at the cheese counter while the attendants at the meats and slicer tended to their chores and yet when another shopper breezed by, the woman from the me at department stopped her chores and they happily chatted but the customer did not buy any cheeses or meats!! Don't get me started on cashier service and ridiculous parking sitch. Don't think I'll be back.
