Malcolm and Kelli are top notch Coaches. Always smiling, and make you feel like family! No matter what beginner or advanced they are there to push you and get you to the next level. If you want to feel part of a family they are your go to fitness facility!

I've been coming here for six months. This is by far the best gym I have been too. You are treated like family, not some dollar sign. Malcolm and Kelli truly believe that with the right guidance and encouragement you can achieve your fitness goals. Whether it is losing those stubborn pounds or building a strong lean body, they really want you to succeed. With many different classes you are always keeping your body guessing to what you will do next. I highly recommend this fitness family! Yes you become family, this place is a source of encouragement and family love. It truly is a different environment! And I love it! Plus they have Fitranx, a way to see how much progress you make.

Close to home, not crowded. Lost a star for cost, Crunch is just down the street for a lot less with air conditioning all new equipment and a pool.....

Great gym! It's like family here. We all train hard to achieve more. Including the owners / head trainers. They are true leaders.

Ascension and is the first gym I have ever felt 100% comfortable in.  The coaches are super knowledgeable and helpful with everything from nutrition to workouts to time management and life challenges. It is a smaller gym with a family feel as soon as you walk in you are treated as family! I would defeat recommend checking this place out!
