Frustrated, Angry, you name it..... I have tried to cancel my membership with this company for 2 months and they have refused to close my membership. I am on month to month but because of some "fee" I didnt pay 2 years ago they said they will not close my account until I pay it. Well my account has been on ACH and I don't think I should pay anymore. So they force my account to stay open, continue to charge monthly fees, and now an annual fee!! I wrote a letter requesting my account closed, went in and spoke to a manager face to face, and called corporate!! NOTHING has been done. No responses, no action, just continued fees. Absolutely ridiculous. Not how you treat customers. You don't force monthly contracts on them. Not professional!!

Once again..i go in to tan in the morning..wait for over 15 minutes...2 other guys waiting also. 1 to tan..1 to use massage table.. I check girls room..they check men's bathroom..we all look in all areas of the gym..nothing! One guy left. I called 2 times..sometimes if I do that they will run out answer the phone..nothing..finally the guy comes out of the back room with some cream cheese and a bag of bagels. He says no one did there job and didn't help him.looked hungover as hell..this was not the first time I've had to wait..been more like 5 or 6..other guy said same thing..wish they would get it togeather..ive been going hillsboro

The staff is friendly and it doesn't give off that typical hard core gym vibe. Be aware of the freaking Anual fees and penalty fees for cancelling. They really screw you over with those and aren't very up front about them when signing up. Each year it rolls over automatically without any communication that they will be charging you another $40 "annual fee" not including however much you already pay monthly. If I could give any constructive advice, it would be communicating these things with your freaking members!

I love the people that work at all the Planet Fitnesses however I don't like how the system is. I moved to another city and had to change my bank cause there wasn't one in the city I moved to. However when I went to the Planet Fitness close by where I moved to they couldn't help me cause they don't have access to make any changes to my account. So I called the Planet Fitness that I signed up with and they said I am not able to change it over the phone that I have to go in and take care of it. I really wish that they would sinc their systems so other people wouldn't have this problem. Oh and I couldn't update my payment information online either. Please fix this
