I LOVE this place!!! I cannot say enough about the owner and coach Brian Metz!! He had a vision to open a place where people of all ages, fitness levels, abilities or disabilities can come to encourage each other to reach for their maximum fitness. I have seen awesome changes in my body and in my strength. I am lifting weights I never thought possible through the encouragement of the coaches and my new fitness family. I would describe this gym as "safe", both literally and figuratively. Brian will not let you lift or increase weights until your form is impeccable. And when it is, there is not intimidation, only safe, sympathetic support. You have to feel it for yourself. Stop in!

Coach Brian and owner of ASDC CrossFit finally found the winning formula. His gym is modern, open, CLEAN, and has well-maintained and up-to-date equipment. He knows how to push each client safely so that every level can enjoy that heart pounding oh-so-satisfying workout. He warms you up together, explains the WOD, and cools you down and as a group. His gym is an instant community whether you are a long-time member or a drop in. I just need to mention one more time about Coach Brian's fastidious attention to cleanliness. He has us wipe down our equipment and he mops up the floor sweat after EVERY class. This is no Petri dish, my friend, but a sanitary environment that you can workout in and not get sick. Don't know why other boxes don't adopt the same standards. Once you've been in a clean place, you can never go back to the dirty gyms.

I was visiting from Georgia over a weekend and needed to get a workout in, so I dropped in to ASDC CF, and as a CPT and Level 1 CF Instructor I can attest to the awesomeness of this gym! Brian, the owner was the coach for the morning class I attended and he was very knowledgeable on movements and programming in particular. It was very easy to go into this gym and fit in as I was greeted by a number of the regular athletes there. Bottom line, it was a great experience and will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family in the Flemington, NJ area as well as drop in whenever I'm in town! Phenomenal job creating and fostering a vibrant community to grow in Brian!

By far the best gym experience I've ever had. The goers are very friendly and personable, and the instructors are even more so. definitely a must try if you are looking into joining a CrossFit gym or even if your just looking for a fun and friendly experience.

Awesome environment to workout in. Everyone is very friendly and motivated to conquer workouts. Very knowledgeable instructors who help push you to reach your ultimate potential. I highly recommend giving ASDC Crossfit a try if your looking to get into shape or better yourself physically.
