Amazing TRX on Tuesday and Thursday night's!

Good variety of fitness equipment and group classes.  Does get busy (and traffic on 22 can be a nightmare to wade through) and is a smaller Y than I'm used to, but it gets the job done.

I have been going to the deer path YMCA for about a year now. When I heard about round valley's grand reopening I decided to check it out and bring my young children. The event was a blast. They had a really nice play room for the kids. There was a bounce house, balls, floor obstacles, and the staff was awazing. So we decided to join classes and make this our main gym. The staff is great,especially the ladies in child care.It's big enough to have many work out options but not big enough to be overwhelming.

Cost way to mush to be a member . Plus they close for holidays witch is not bad but its a huge inconvenience when they close for a week . For for example 12th of Dec to 21.

Been member of Y for a number of years. The early morning staff is friendly as well as the patrons.
