Bought our bands here, excellent service. Purchased my engagement ring from another store but due to the excellent service when purchasing our bands decided to have it cleaned and serviced here. Just picked my ring up and it is stunning, it is beautiful and they did an excellent job restoring it to its original beauty!

I bought necklace at their Strongsville store, link broke after few days of wearing it, without anything rough being done to it. When I came in the store they would not want to refund/replace, i had to pay for repair. Repair was done AWFULL , horribly melted together , i asked to be redone, needless to say second time was even worst. I just picked it up and unhappy decided to just keep it like this. My son put its on and it BREAKS AGAIN THE SAME DAMM DAY!!!! again without anything rough being done, he was just laying down on sofa. Obviesuly something wrong with design/angle of these links cuz they cant hold normal wear even.. Since I didnt purchase "warranty" they leaving me alone with this metal piece of garbage.. I managed jewelry store back in Europe and who buys warranty on plain gold piece???!!!!! Something with precious stones yes.. but plain gold necklace??!! Amd I never seen necklace breaking like this easly... They totally dont stand behind their product. My son only wear the necklace few days combained time and it broke TWICE (not in same spot) . Dont shop there! They will leave you on your own with their defective product and wont be of any help. I wish I could post here the picture of how they "repaired" it first time it broke, they just melted several links together.. never again shopping in this place!

My husband and I bought his wedding band from Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers (Beachwood Location). The ring was only $100.00 but the store manger kindly gave us the insurance free of charge. The insurance was supposed to include any damages to the ring (Cracking, Stains, Shine Etc.). My husband 2 months ago cracked the ring and when I was home visiting family I brought it into the Beachwood location. The same store manager who sold us the ring and included the insurance said we should call the 1-800 number and the company would send us a secure package to our home in NYC and we could send the ring to the repair department and they would fix it. Basically, the store has lied. My husband has been on the phone for 2 hours today trying to get the insurance claim for his broken ring. Ashcroft & Oak will not send you a secure package and you must mail the ring in yourself and pay for the damages. It's a shame they lie to newlyweds and cannot back up the *amazing* customer service they claim to have.

Took my girlfriend into this store to look at rings. I was asked my budget, provided it, and we began to look at options. Saw some things she liked but nothing that she was totally set on and loved. After getting the numbers, they were anywhere from 20-50% over my planned budget. After talking it over, she did not love the stylings enough to justify the cost over budget. With other expenses, it was simply not feasible to purchase something so expensive. After conveying this to the sales lady, she then dismissed herself with a very apparent negative attitude and walked away. After someone else came over, I saw her with her back towards us obviously discussing my girlfriend and I and our situation with another employee while the other employee kept looking at us, and we believe that she was discussing us negatively. I fully planned on this store being a possible purchasing point but now I don't think I'll be returning - not when I was made to feel bad declining the purchase of something 1.5X my budget. Only giving two stars because it helped the girlfriend get closer to choosing her desired style. Too long / didn't read: Store has a reasonable selection (in the mall, not great, not bad) but the sales lady we worked with was pushy and unprofessional when told you aren't going to buy something 1.5X over budget. Whatever your budget is, take 25% off and tell the sales people so that you ultimately end up where you initially planned.
