I have had two interactions. The first my Microsoft Band 2 died. I was going to make a warranty claim through my credit card, since it was 3 months out of warranty. I went into get a letter stating it was unrepairable. They offered me a new Fitbit charge 2, and gave me a gift card for the difference. The second was my Surface would not update. They fixed it. They were so pleasant.

Who is the young black dude I their with the fake microsoft tattoo on his arm is to comfortable in there like the rest of the staff. The customer service that I received was I professional and not even compassionate to regular buying customers.

I called to make an appointment for a transfer of data from an older Windows computer to a newer one. When I arrived at the store they said I had no appointment. Nevertheless they successfully transferred (copied) all the data to the new computer and even left the same data on the old computer as a back up. Good idea. They answered a few other basic questions as well. I'm very Happy with their Professionalism and resolution of my issues. Also, I enjoy the look of their store. Nice job! Thanks!

Avoid this store at all costs. I purchased a laptop from that started to have display issues an hour after I brought it home. I then returned that and bought another laptop, which instantly had audio issues. I will never be doing business with this store again and urge all of you to avoid buying their defective products.
