These where built too fast with cheap materials, what ever happen the customer comes first? Lesson to be learn, I sure did.  Other than that The neighborhood is great.

Good experience with the realtors on site. They took the time to discuss options & answer queries. Not such a pleasant experience with their loan officer, who was prompt to respond initially but has not responded to my calls or emails after I submitted my documents. Now, the houses we were interested in are no longer available & we have to wait 3 months for the same plan to be available and possibly pay more as well.

The Desert landscape is nicely done, I wasn't thrilled about layout of the single story house.

If I could post without giving a star I would!!!!! DO NOT BUY A HOME HERE!!!! This has been the WORST experience me and my husband have ever been through. This people are so unprofessional and have been giving us the go around since the very first day. I don't even know where to start. I thought buying a home was supposed to be fun and exciting but this process has been a nightmare. Starting from Kyle Hayes telling us things then changing them when sitting down signing our contract. How do you tell someone one thing then hit them with something totally different in the middle of signing your contract and after already giving them $5000.00? I am blown away on how these people do business. If I new that this was the way we were going to get treated I would have never sold my home to buy new. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Came to see homes all the way from santa clarita and nobody there to see the homes! Arrived at 2pm
