Story

After serving in the insurance industry for a number of years, I began to notice a trend. I discovered that there are some people "out there" that are looking for a competent, friendly, professional insurance agency that they can TRUST. Over the years, most of the stories I heard from dissatisfied customers were about things that I thought were pretty basic to doing business. What do you mean you haven't heard from your agent in over three years? How is your agent supposed to advise you on your insurance needs if they never talk to you? They don't return your calls??! I was baffled at what I heard and what I saw first hand. And so, I began my own business with a goal in mind to provide my clients with all the necessary insurance products... in effect, forming a one-stop-shop for them. It was also important to me that I create an environment where they felt safe to ask questions without fear of being pressured to buy anything. Personally, I hate that feeling and I don’t like to make others feel that way either.

After being in business for quite some time now, I've found that our most satisfied customers are most often those that have several types of insurance with us… they tend to be the ones who get to know us a bit. They come to trust our advice and listen to out input because after a while, they realize that we are looking out for their best interest, always.

It is my hope that you come to know each of us at the agency and that you think of us as friends in the business... a resource that you can use when you need sound advice or friendly feedback with an insurance problem.
