DO NOT GET ANY TYPE OF INSURANCE FROM THIS SPECIFIC PLACE. THEY ARE A RIPOFF. 
We have been their client for a very long period of time and recently had to cancel it because of their poor customer service quality. We had signed their legal paper to take off my sister off of the insurance policy because she got married and moved away in 2015, yet, they didn’t remove her from the policy which we had requested, and were taking money from us. A gal named Amber was helping me, and claims that she is “new” to this place but regardless of whatever she is, all I wanted was the money that they took for a whole freaking year. She refuses to get back to me, doesn’t answer my call and they are very rude. The older lady there specially, she talked to amber in her language and told her whatever she did. That’s just plain rude. 
	I decided to go to this place and talk to them in person 5 days ago, and same thing. She kept calling the customer rep. guy, and had the volume on loud speaker so I could hear him. Her rationale did not make sense to me, especially because after a while, she turns the volume down and decides to put the phone on her ear. I was not able to hear what the guy said, but she said she would have my answer 5 days later. I have been waiting for the call, and haven’t heard back. I called her about 5 minutes ago, and she does not answer my call. They are supposed to help their client, but they don’t do such.

Very week customer service support. They are not responsive at all.

They put me on hold & nobody picked up my call again. Very poor customer services
