Service and Parts dept are awesome. We have taken our truck to get worked on all over the county due to breakdowns en route, but definitely prefer to work with our home base dealer Asheville Chevrolet. Tim, Mike, and Todd at the parts department are always helpful and knowledgeable. Judy in service is a star. Thanks guys for treating me and my guys like family and being professionals at the same time.

Mr. Tony Valentine is by far the best salesman with whom my wife and I have had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle. He assisted us in purchasing two new vehicles and soon he will help us choose a third one. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and intelligent.  His communication skills are excellent. With each purchase he was able to sort out what we needed and got for us all of the available discounts. He exhibits a very caring attitude in his desire to provide the best service he can for us. Tony follows up with me each time I bring in our Chevrolets for service to insure I am getting quality care, our vehicles are to our satisfaction and to coordinate our next purchase. I highly recommend Mr. Valentine to anyone thinking about purchasing a new vehicle.

Terry White, at Asheville Chevrolet, was more than just a "Hi, let me know if you need any help."  kind of guy.  He inquired as to what we were looking for in a vehicle and steered us in the right direction.  He went out of his way to answer any questions we could come up with and was extremely personable while doing so.  He related to my wife and I on a personal level with small anecdotes and gave us the space we needed when we needed it.  When it came time to talk numbers, he never "guesstimated" and always gave it to us straight.  It was never about how much better he could or couldn't do.  He explained things down to the cent and had no problem going to the credit/store manager with alternative scenarios.  I'll be going to Terry every time I'm in Asheville whether I'm looking for a new vehicle or not.

Came to the dealership not knowing exactly what I wanted.  Mr. Terry White met us immediately and showed us several cars.  There was no pressure or sales pitch, just honest answers to my questions.  He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.  He went all out to show me how all the bells and whistles worked.  Thank you, Terry, for making car buying a pleasant experience.

Well I was hoping to drive out a new truck but it was a no go! Our salesman was great and very informed but the dealing just wasn't there today so maybe another time. Dealing is a one star but the salesman was a 5 star so I guess I will meet n the middle!
