I just bought a used 2012 Mustang from the guys at Asheville Ford and it was one of the best and easiest purchases from a dealer I have ever had. I had called the sales manager Greg several months ago and told him what I was looking for and he said he would see what he could find. He finally called and said they had something I maybe interested in. When I arrived at the dealership I was treated like family. After driving the car which hadn't even made it through cleanup yet I pointed out a couple things I wanted them to commit to addressing before I would buy it. There was no hesitation when they answered me with a No Problem we will take care of it. I then went back to get the financing and sign the paperwork. this process went just as smooth as the test drive. Now here is the best part: The sales Manager called me a couple days later (because they were keeping their word and addressing a couple things) and said they were going to put new tires on the car because they showed signs of dry-rot, that's AWESOME!!!! I had inspected the tires and didn't see that, so this has made my day. I will definitely call you guys again when I decide to buy another vehicle.

I had an absolutely wonderful car buying experience at Asheville Ford. My wife and I decided to fly to Asheville to purchase a 2018 F-150. Jacob, our salesperson, met us at the airport with my new truck and drove us to the dealership, explaining different features of the truck along the way. The finance manager, Shayla, made the purchase seem effortless. I highly recommend Asheville Ford.

I purchased a new 2012 Escape midway through 2012, and a used 2009 Focus at the same time. I also purchased their extended warranty for the Escape. They must have saw me coming because the upfront buying experience was great. Enjoyed the test drive, everyone was pleasant, and they even did the small thing like link my phone to the SYNC system. Sixteen months after the purchase I had a flat tire. I went to get my jack from the side compartment for the first time and it was not there. I then had to contact roadside service which were able to help. I called up the dealership the next day and spoke to a sales representative and the service manager and was told that to much time had gone by and that I would have to purchase one for only $395.00! So I purchased my own jack and wrench from Auto Zone. Five months later my vehicle had a valve on the front left tire go bad. It kept reading low tire pressure. Well even though I was still under the extended warranty which I was told would extend the factory warranty to 72,000 miles, the part was not cover even though the factory warranty would have covered it under the 36,000 miles. I was at 44,000 miles. So a pone review of my extended warranty which cost me $1600, most of my vehicle was not covered. So I was lied to and basically robbed. Now I have a recall. I have called twice in the last couple of weeks and was told the same thing. "We will call you when the part comes in". How long does that take? I can order on Amazon and have it here in two days! Crazy stuff. The only reason they got 2 stars is because of the original buying experience and that the vehicle has been excellent. Going to Ken Wilson Ford for my next vehicle in another year.

I feel bad for the receptionist. .. service department is awful. Don't expect them to answer the phone. You'll have better luck driving to dealer and talking to manager to get vehicle status update. I made the 945 appointment 1.5 weeks in advance. I called 4 times totalling over 1 hour on hold for updates. They told me it's been dispatched to a technician. So 28 hours later I go pick up my vehicle they had not even started on it. Really pathetic. Don't they realize the purpose of appointments? The shuttle driver Robert is a great guy. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. I love fords I've owner over 40.. this dealership is really really terrible.

Yesterday made it the 4th vehicle in a row I have purchased from Asheville Ford in 8 years. Each time the experience has been friendly, professional and easy to complete. The service I receive has always been exceptional & it keeps me coming back. The last two vehicles I bought were not on the lot - they found them to my specifications & delivered in a couple of days. Thank you Asheville Ford for being the BEST!
