Beautiful job! Daniel was so great with his customer service and did a great job of patiently matching my description of what I wanted to create a lovely custom arrangement. Customer service is top notch.  I received a picture of the arrangement that was sent. Unfortunately, it did not look like the online picture, so I called to inform them I was not happy with it.  I normally would not have called and just not use them again- But I'm so glad I did as they immediately offered to redo the arrangement and still have it sent out on the same day. A picture of the second arrangement was received and it was beautifully done. My daughter was very happy with her flowers!  I will definitely order from Ashland Addison Florist again.

I customized my order over the phone. They were very courteous and incredibly accommodating. Service was quick even though it was customized and they sent me a photo of my order before delivering it.  The delivery status emails were a nice touch. The flowers look great! I highly recommend them.

This florist is simply outstanding. We've used them several times for holiday centerpieces to be delivered in La Grange and Downers Grove, using the Westchester location and we couldn't be more pleased. We also like getting a photo of the finished creation as well as the update when it is delivered. In the past we had tried a big west suburban florist and the results weren't impressive. Now whenever we need to order flowers in the Chicago area Ashland-Addison is our go-to florist. They're simply great.

We have been using Ashland Addison exclusively for almost 40 years.  My Mom passed away, and I called and said I wanted the very best flowers for her service.  I picked out 2 arrangements and specified that I wanted the flowers fully open.  The sales person was very helpful, and said that they would do everything possible to make my arrangements as I wanted.  The flowers were absolutely gorgeous.  What a beautiful tribute to my Mom.  Great job Ashland Addison!
