Carol is rude to her employee, humiliated her in front of me and I told her that’s not appropriate no matter what & I did not appreciate her doing that in front of me. She’s very demanding and tried to justify that’s how employees are treated.  Employee was trying to justify because she’s training and I let her know she shouldn’t be treated that way. Employee looked so drained and could tell she wanted to cry in front of me. Her employee is very sweet but she isn’t. That’s someone’s daughter. What goes around comes around! If I could I would give it ZERO STARS!

Wish I could give them 0 stars! My husband spent $50 from the place Crystal Flower Shop to start off our date night weekend! First the delivery guy was rude to me and my supervisor. I called to let the manager know she told me that she would handle it. I open the roses and noticed they were pretty much a few days old and probably would be dead by the weekend. She had me to send her pictures of the roses and told me that now I'm just complaining about everything and the roses were fine she doesn't believe me anymore. She continued to cut me off when I was explaining to her my frustration with the bad first time experience! I wouldn't recommend them for anything!!! Please share this so that I can get some information on the rude woman that's the manager, I spoke to that hung up on me.

I ordered a same day delivery and the flowers arrived on-time, absolutely stunning and even got a call when the delivery was made.  I used a service Website but will be ordering direct moving forward!

I submitted an online order about a month ago for a job function that I had. I went to pick up the flowers and the order had been overlooked and the florist was gone for the day. I needed the order the order early the following morning and wouldn't be able to pick it up. When I went into the shop Angelique and Jose were extremely apologetic on behalf of the shop and it was not even their fault. They offered free delivery for me and assured that I would have the arrangement by my meeting time. Angelique personally dropped off the flowers and they were BEAUTIFUL!!!! I've never seen a business go so above and beyond to rectify a situation like Angelique and Jose did. I usually don't write reviews but because of them I highly recommend Crystal Flower Shop and I will be back!

I'm very pleased! I placed the order online. The process was very simple and punctual. Within hours my wife had received her flowers. The guy that delivered the flowers was very kind and  enthusiastic. My wife was very happy! The flowers looked very much alive and well put together. Thanks for the great service!
