I have bought several items from Ashley in the past 4 years. I keep coming back, because of the wide array of furniture. If you cannot find something in this store, you are not looking very hard. Yesterday, I was helped by Steve and he made it a very enjoyable shopping experience. He was extremely helpful, answering all my questions, and taking me to the section of furniture I was actually looking for. I have doing a whole house remodel, and will return in the near future, to buy bedroom furniture, as well as, a new dining room set.

I could not be more happy with my great savings on my purchase of furniture that is the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in!! Our salesman Steve was absolutely wonderful, helpful and just a pleasure to have met! I will definitely be back and refer all my friends to Ashley Furniture. Thank you all so very much...I’m elated😂

The staff were very helpful. We were able to get what we want. They made sure we understood the paperwork and made sure they had all our information for our delivery.

Amanda was excellent. Had every answer to all of my questions and the turnaround time to get things ordered was very quick and accurate. Now I just need my bed to ship on time:)

Prices are generally high but the quality of furniture is suitable. During their promotional deals you can sometimes get a good deal on furniture. Sometimes they sell items that didn't pass inspection due to a flaw like improper sewing lines where it's still a perfectly good product & no one would notice the imperfection. Those products can be bought for rock-bottom prices. That's the only time I buy pieces of furniture from them. I prefer lower quality things that are still dependable because I'm just a commoner with modest taste & home.
