Here is why I rate this business a 4 star instead of a 5 star. The service, staff and selection are perfect....... the delivery is not. Every time we buy furniture from Ashley, the delivery always gets messed up. With that being said, we still shop here. As a matter of fact, I am sitting here again while my wife chooses a new living room couch, we just know to expect that the delivery of the furniture is provided going to be a bit crazy. Once again, great store and great staff that make up for this one fault of theirs.

Have bought from here several times before, but their service has gone deep south.  Bought several pieces of furniture.  Did not come when they said it would.  Then they said it was in.  Went to pick it up, not there.  Ended up asking for my money back.  Since we lived in an area outside of their delivery area, we even had to pay for someone to go pick it up, and come back empty handed.  The real caper was they were totally unapologetic and did not seem to care.  Unbelievable!   Best to buy from companies that care about customers.

I was looking for a special coat rack and the amazing help I received from Michelle Benecke was definitely 5 star quality!  I came in expecting to be told they don't have anything on the floor but when I explained to her what I was looking for she showed me what she had to offer and I was so happy she was able to assist me.  I felt that her attentive demeanor and quick help along with Amanda G. my sales support person was very friendly.  I recommend anyone looking for outgoing, friendly, and attentive sales associates and personnel to shop here!! Thank you very much Michelle and Amanda!! :)

It was awesome! Our sales specialist didn't pressure us to buy anything and was really informed about the products. We barraged her with a multitude of questions which she was able to answer quickly. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend going there to anyone!

These 5 stars are for Amanda.  My sales person was longer with Ashly when it came time for delivery of my items and Amanda took over. I made several changes and then when the items were delivered there I had to send one back for replacement.  Through the whole experience Amanda was MORE than helpful and patient.  Everything that needed to happen including a tight turn around to get the replacement item to me happened.  One word for her and her customer service AWESOME!!
