I recently purchased a mattress with the help of Seth. He was so knowledgeable about the mattresses and our body mechanics. I asked him several questions over the three hours I was there and Seth was very patient and really took the time to help me pick the best mattress. I would totally recommend Mattress Firm to anyone, they invest a lot of training and knowledge to their employees so they can pass it on to us. Thank you so much Seth!!

I came in to purchase my son's first "big boy bed".  I had done a fair amount of research, however the sales representative who helped me, quickly pointed me in the right direction for something that was in my price range (didn't try to up-sell me) and that he said would keep with my son well into his teenage years. It was exactly what I was looking for and for a great price.

It took me two years of bad sleep to commit to buying a new mattress and honestly I wouldn't have done it without the help of Dustan at the Burlington 2 store. He was the perfect combination of patient and informative. He let me take my time and really decide what was right for me both in comfort and in price. Thank you Dustan! Getting a better nights sleep has improved every aspect of my life. I live in the San Juan's and although my mattress was backordered the price of delivery was a no brainer and it includes the pickup of your old mattress. Also, If after 120 days the mattress I chose is uncomfortable, they come pick it up and help me find a more comfortable one!
Service follow through like this is so valuable out here. Thank you Sleep Train!

When I went in there to purchase a mattress, the two that I had picked of course were out of stock. So he called the store down the road about 4 blocks and they were as well out of the two mattresses that I had wanted.
