I was visiting my family in Folsom and decided to go look for couches for my house. I went to the store in Folsom to see if they had different couches than the store at home. As soon as I walked in the door, Samantha was very friendly and personable. She asked what I was looking for and right away showed me several options. She is very knowledgeable and was willing to work with me on the pricing. She made this whole experience well worth coming to Ashley Furniture to buy a couch. Samantha along with several of her co workers were great, and I will be buying furniture at this location in the near future.

Brandon was the perfect sales associate for our sofa purchase! He was not overbearing or pushy but extremely patient and informative. He showed us options that met our wants and needs and suggested a few other styles, as well. He was extremely personable and made our shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable. We wish all sales associates were as informative and accommodating as Brandon. When we need to make a furniture purchase again, we will seek out Brandon again, for sure!

I had the best experience when I went there. Workers were very helpful and they helped to chose the best furniture for my living. Also they gave me a good deal on them. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!

We bought a new sofa set at a great discounted price! We came back to buy a king bed and we were not disappointed! These guys give great customer service and Bob made sure he gave us the best price for the entire bed including matress and the box spring! Definitely going there next time for new dining table!

I am a returning customer, and with the Folsom location. Once again my experience was amazing and, Angie was great in answering all of my questions. I walked out of there feeling very happy with the items I picked and the deal I got. I recommended the Folsom location to all of my friends.
