Bought furniture and was going to have to wait 3 weeks for delivery that I had to pay for! Staff unfriendly too! My delivery date was cancelled due to weather and that’s understandable, but then was told I would have to wait an additional week to get my furniture! Very unhappy returned my order and will never shop there again!

I bought a new living room set today. Tony Sandage was a great associate to work with, helping me choose the best furniture for our taste. He was very knowledgeable in the fabrics and pricing comparisons. I was also impressed with the accidental coverage protection in the event something were to happen to our furniture. The financing process was easy and fast. I will definitely return for future furniture needs!

Horrendous customer service. We bought a bed and two nightstands. They told us one nightstand was backordered which was fine, but the one they delivered, it's drawer wouldn't open. The delivery guy said give it a week. The next one, the drawer wouldn't close. We told them that they needed replacing. 6 weeks later we still don't have what we need. They tried delivering one of the replacements when we specifically told everyone at the company we're not wanting to take off 2 three hour Windows from work and they need to deliver them together. Well, there was only one on the truck when they knew that they were to deliver both. They said they could run across town to pick it up but we have other plans and the replacement's drawer closed cockeyed and we're just done and had them haul out everything and demanded a refund. There was no communication internally and everyone we talked to we needed to go through the whole story again. They processed our credit card before we left the store but they claim they can't process our refund until Monday and then it will take 3-5 days longer. Refunding our money is one thing, but my wife took 3 hour delivery windows off of work and we've paid intrest charges on our credit card we won't get back. Avoid this place unless you like aggravation and getting the run around.
