I never thought furniture shopping would be so much fun! Met an awesome salesperson that really made the process easy. She helped me decorate my room based on my style and got me set up with a low monthly payment so I could get everything I needed. Was happy to show me how the furniture was made and really cared about my opinion and vision. WILL BE BACK SOON!!!

Put in a delivery order for a high top table and 4 chairs. What arrived were the table, 3 chairs only (and one of those chairs were smaller than the rest). That's strange. Sent them back. Someone called and said they would have someone call me back about refunding the delivery fee and rescheduling the delivery, and nobody called. Then I got an email for a scheduled delivery date- out of the blue, for a random day. Nobody called to ask when I was available, and now I have to go through the process of changing that delivery date. 

This place has been a hassle and a half to work with so far.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered our furniture on 2/11/18, that included: bed frame, dresser, chest and 2 night stands. It is now 4/10/18. Since being ordered 2 months ago we have had 4 deliveries and have only ended up with 2 pieces of usable furniture (1 night stand and the dresser). Everything else has shown up broken, scratched, holes in the back, etc. We were told that a delivery came in recently and wouldn't you know, it arrived damaged. We are now scheduled to have everything delivered on 4/23, but I'm not holding my breath on whether or not it actually comes to us usable.

They have already refunded our delivery charge due to their incompetence and this will be their last opportunity before we demand our money back and look else where.

Great service, couch, and delivery! Received the awesome leather sofa only two days after purchase!

Update 1/7/2018 I purchased a mattress foundation online and got a delivery date about 2 and a half weeks out.  Emailed them and received a voicemail the next day. I called back and got voicemail myself but didn't leave one. I received another call back from Ashley about an hour later because they saw that I called. Got to reschedule the delivery for two days out from this! Received it this morning, (Yes a Sunday) and it was delivered ready to use. Didn't have to spend hours putting it together.  And the two delivery guys were very friendly. Will definitely purchase again.

Just returned home from this Ashley location. Salesman at front very rude because we wanted to browse and look on our own. I was buying a new mattress set and possible bed, for my daughter. Who was with me. We love shopping together and talking. She just moved into her new apartment after putting her life on hold to care for me after 2 brain operations. When my daughter decided on the matress she wanted and a $699 matress set and a $199 desk for me. I started to ask them not to get the salesman at the front door. Hoping it was someone else but when he came i decided to leave. I just could not let him commission off me. Not my money. He said something and slammed his clipboard on the back counter. I came to support Ashley furniture because they help needy children as I am a tither and a giver with a cheerful heart. I will never step foot in this location as long as he works their. He was frightful and I am sure by his behavior this is nothing new. The rest of the staff was delightful and nice. Thank you Ashley furnture for helping needy children. Any giant chain can go out of business. I did not deserve to be treated that way.
