I went to Lake City Florida Babcock right across the over path! When I got my bedroom set it was the wrong color smh the employee told me it only comes in one color but that's not what the one told me when I came up there to pick what I wanted out smh today 04/13/18 When they came to deliver it it was not A 5pc set not like what that employee told me she said There would be a Dresser, A nightstand, A mirror, and bedBoard, with the footboard, But instead I got a mirror, a dresser, the headboard, the footboard, and the Bedreels 669.00 something Dollars . (-.-) The driver's did not look happy what so ever I honestly would have preferred for them to have send some other people omg but (Chris was really nice :) he did make me feel better so thank you for that ) but the women! that I talk to Was very on top of being Unattentive Except one! One of the other women even ask me did I want A refined (0.0) ... My dad used to work for this company and it is not what it used to be a decent company! At least that's how the people Make you feel :( At the Lake City location across the over path can't miss it! .

The furniture seems really cheap... Probably because it is. Nice, helpful people give it an extra star.

Kudos to Badcock Furniture of Lake City and the manager, Chris for superior customer service. The couch that was no longer under factory warranty was disassembled, the section repaired and reassembled the following day at no charge to me. Thank you, Badcock and Chris. Wow.
