William was very helpful. Enjoyed his enthusiasm, humor and knowledge of items I bought. Always nice when a sales person is open and willing to deal with someone like me. I asked a lot of questions which he was able to answer quickly. I also truly enjoy a sales person who can make me feel comfortable with the purchase I made and more importantly not try to take advantage of a first time buyer at Ashley’s, especially when I plan to return.

Ashley Furniture in Oxnard is the very BEST ever. Johnny our sales person and Milan the manager make it so easy to get what you want and when you want it. The pricing is FABULOUS always and the quality of the furniture is amazing. We have purchased many items - furniture, pictures, and other decor and have been extremely happy with all we have gotten from Ashley. FANTASTIC SERVICE & BEAUTIFUL ITEMS. It is our home store - We do not even think of going elsewhere since we found them over a year ago and they make buying anything there effortless. If 100 stars could be given then that would be my rating 😊

Great staff, prices are negotiable make sure to do your search online before going in to get the best price available. We found a better price online and they granted the price for us!!! We are extremely happy with our purchase but we would not recommend the insurance as they only send someone that use color markers to make repairs on scratches!!! That was not cool, but I just love my furniture so much I'm forgiving them for that one!!!!

Jonathan was GREAT! Some salespeople can seen pushy, just to get you to buy: not Johnathan. He was very down to earth, and took his time with me. I ended up buying a $7400 bedroom suite (list) with a HUGE discount they had going on. I would recommend him, and travel from Santa Maria to Oxnard to buy from him again. GREAT experience!!!

Jessie Hernandez was a awesome! He was very patient and informative throughout the whole process and even allowed us to go home and think about it overnight and set up an appointment the next day to pick up where we left off. Definitely shopping here again for all of my furniture needs.
