I went with my husband to get a new couch and mattress for our first apartment and ended up getting the couch and a bedroom suite with a mattress for free! Once we figured out what we wanted the process wasn't long at all. We ended up applying for the credit line to help with our purchase and was approved on the spot. We ended up working with a sales associate named Isabelle Stokes. She was so sweet and helpful to us! She really knew what she was talking about and wasn't afraid to find out an answer for us when she didn't know. She helped pick colors and gave us advice on which suite to choose. The only thing to keep in mind is that the Madison store is only a show room so they order the furniture from the warehouse to have shipped to your house, completely assembled though, and movers move it in for You! I love our new stuff and couldn't be more thankful to Isabelle for helping us along the way!! :)

Our experience at Ashley Furniture was the most fun I have ever had while shopping for furniture. The sales representative was a delight. The manager that worked with us was also exceptional helpful. I would recommend for anyone to shop at Ashley's for the best deals and also courteous and helpful employees.

Great experience shopping here at Madison, TN store. Our sales person was Seth and not even he was extremely patient and polite but he worked out a great deal on Sofa for us which nobody in other Ashley store could do it. We will surely be coming back to this store to buy more stuff for our house once we have budget to do so. Thank you Seth for helping us out :) Update: Sofa got delivered this week and looks great. Allen and Carlos, who delivery were very nice.

I found the comfiest living room set here at a reasonable price. The store manager helped us and was pleasant and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. By far the best part for me is the fact that they offer a 5 year warranty for an additional charge that covers my couches from everyday life which is a huge plus when you have two small children as well as three fur babies. Thank you Ashley HomeStore for fulfilling my furniture needs!

Taylor was great to work with! He wasn't pushy, but simply worked to understand what I wanted and met my needs. I'm changing my review, but only to highlight the poor quality of customer service. I purchased a $1,200 mattress and tried returning it after a couple weeks but was refused because I hadn't had the mattress long enough...?! After quite a bit of back-and-forth, my return was accepted and I exchanged my item for another mattress. This time I was told that I would also need to purchase a mattress protector if I wanted to return the mattress after the guaranteed 90-day trial period; I obliged with a 100-dollar bill. After using the mattress for a while, I tried exchanging it because my back was killing me; unfortunately, I was refused because Ashley only accepts ONE exchange on mattresses. Why I was told I needed to purchase a mattress protector then, I don't know. So, for the in-store customer service and the selection of items, Ashley gets 5 stars. For out-of-store service, 0 stars; the average nets to 2.5; I round down to 2.
