"The Royal Treatment" This is how I describe our visit to Ashley's Furniture!! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. Nancy knew what we were looking for, and she suggested quite a few options for us to choose from, and we left super happy and blessed with a purchase far beyond from what we could've even dreamed off!!! A beautiful brown Sectional at a fabulous price, but the quality was out of this world!! I've been bragging to all my friends about this store on Rosedale Blvd in Bakersfield, CA. All their personel were so understanding, so helpful, and kind, made us feel right at home!!! May God Bless you all.

Maria Lopez is so extremely helpful. I had 2 issues and she went above and beyond what I could have even asked her to do to solve them. She was very thorough and so nice and knowledgeable, she made this such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture because they stand true to keeping their customers satisfied. They have real quality products, and if for some reason something is wrong with your order they will make sure it gets corrected. -Whitney

We bought our bedroom furniture a couple of years ago and had the best experience so we went back last night when it was time to buy a new dining room set and I can't express how nice our experience was. Our sales associate Tim was awesome and didn't follow us around the store like most do which we greatly appreciated and our customer service rep Mackensie was great to work with. We will definitely go back when it is time to replace our living room furniture!

In store salesperson was great and that was the last good experience with Ashley. Poor delivery schedule and I have had to make multiple calls to try to get promised repairs made. They sent the parts over a month ago, still no contact for the repairs. Done with Ashley.
