I needed pvc sprinkler pipe. I know where it is in the store, but I can't just walk to it because I have to walk past the solar salesmen who won't take no for an answer. So I go down one aisle to the middle, and cross through the mid-back to the PVC pipe, which is at the front of the aisle, two rows from the solar booth. While selecting the few items I need, a young lady wants to "take a survey" re water. I answer, until they want contact info. Turns out it isn't a 'survey'. It's another high pressure sales pitch. I will not come back here, since there's a Lowe's just one block over.

Today we were forced out of an aisle while trying to shop so they could block it with 3 employees to get the forklift in the aisle. I understand needing material but not one offered to help us or anyone else in the aisle. However one of the ladies preceded to yell at the driver of the forklift what he needed to be doing. Because of this I felt very uncomfortable and so I left and took my business up the street to Ace Hardware. I was not only greeted with a smile I was pointed in the right direction and was able to get everything I needed without feeling like I was in their way. Customer Service means everything to me and because of that I don't care what the price difference I will never set foot in this poorly managed Home Depot again.

Always a great experience. Go in, check out all they have to offer, and get what ya need. Workers are friendly and helpful.

The store and its selection is great! Cull lumber area is loaded with great stuff if you're willing to dig. Staff members seem to not care of you live, die, or spend money there. Very apathetic and generally unhelpful.

Heard a Home Depot associate tell a customer that a linear foot is just a little more than a foot. Can never find anyone to cut blinds. Was looking for a metric bolt was not really counting on them having it and they didn't. Few days later saw a man looking for the exact same bolt told him don't waste your time. He did not listen to me and the Home Depot associate didn't believe me. I had to come back 45 min later(forgot bolts that I went there to begin with) they were still looking. Walked by them and had to say 8mm x 1.25 x 45mm told a guy earlier that they don't oh its you. Have a nice day.
