Furniture Land in Delmar DE has a great selection of top quality and stylish current furniture. Every person I met, from the floor sales staff to the back office and managerial staff, as well as the delivery men consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help me. I highly recommend Furniture Land and will shop there again and also provide customer referrals. The furniture I purchased is beautiful, priced fairly and was delivered very quickly by caring and friendly delivery men. Top notch all the way!! Five stars without a doubt!

I love this store they greet u at the door when u walk in then they let u walk around and look or if I know what I are wanting they bring u right too it. They go over all the ins and outs of the furniture and the warranties. The delivery was excellent too they knew what they were doing and was fast at it as well.

Our experience at Ashleys was great! This was our first time buying furniture for our future home and Chris and the staff at Ashleys were so patient with us and made sure that we left with what we wanted! Chris spent almost 5 hours total helping me and my fiancee put our living room and dining room together! He was a great help, he went above and beyond to paint the picture for us! Chris has an amazing gift i loved working with him. Our furniture was just delivered and we love every piece! It was delivered on time and they arrived when they said they would and they put everything together in no time!! Shout out to the guy that was helping Chris i believe his name was Derrick he was a great help ! And thank you to the manager of the store who sat down with me and my fiancee to make sure we got what we wanted 😁! We will definitely be back for future pieces we appreciate all of your help!

Great customer service! They really care about the customer experience from purchase to delivery and do whatever is necessary. Brittanie was especially great to work with. I was contacted frequently to be given the status of my purchase and after delivery for followup. The whole team at the Delmar Ashley Homestore was very responsive. They could give customer service lessons because they get it right and are all so pleasant!

Sent me wrong furniture and making me wait an additional month after waiting nearly a month the first time. No compensation for their mistake their assistant manager only says don't mess up the furniture that they wrongly sent so I guess my family and company will be sitting in plastic chairs for month. I just purchased my new house was excited to receive my furniture I paid for...
