I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ashley HomeStore in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Not only did they help me get a replacement cushion for my sectional, but they waved the fee. They truly went above and beyond with their customer service and I am truly grateful for them. I highly recommend using them for all your furnishing needs.

They were nice enough with regards to sales, but I was told my purchase would be delivered within 10 days. Called and got put off a few more days, then called again. No one reached out to me as promised and I had to hunt them down to get my items. Still awaiting delivery. Won't purchase here again solely due to the hassle and inconsistency. Was also told I had to come in to pay my balance and then was told I could do it over the phone. All at my own urging, I finally got a delivery scheduled. I would much rather order from Haverty's again--less pressure from sales people and they all have better sales and 30-day guarantee if prices decrease.

I called a few weeks ago to ask some questions to my local Ashley store. they were not helpful, or friendly. We were disappointed until we decided to call the Ft. Walton Beach Store further away from where we live! Randy answered the phone and took the time to not only answer all my questions, he did it politely even though I could tell he was busy from the background noise I could hear. I told him that I would call him back in a couple of weeks after we decided. When I called back, I asked for him directly and he remembered me. He's been polite and patient and a very nice person to deal with while making such a big purchase over the phone. I have worked retail for a lot of years and one of the biggest frustrations sometimes were folks that called and shopped by phone! If Randy was frustrated, I sure never heard it! I just wanted you to know what kind of worker you have there! Wish he was here in Panama City at this local store--they sure could use his courtesy!!! Thank you Randy for patiently answering all my questions even when I called you a trillion times! hahaha v/r, Michele Colaner

Big thanks to Donna and Mike for making our experience at the Fort Walton beach store so pleasant. We will continue to buy furniture from them in the future. Debbie and Kevin.
