Purchased a washer and dryer from them that was faulty. They claimed they were going to fix it per the warranty. The man came to look at it, didn't tell me what was going on, apparently ordered the wrong part, and didn't follow up after that. I was still sold a unit that doesn't work and isn't getting fixed with an extremely flaky and irresponsible maintenance man. I will be happy to edit this review if they follow through with the repair, but it has been a month now and still nothing. Edit: Owner followed through after his maintenance man flaked out again. The owner himself was kind and responsive. The other man yelled at me after I expressed (calmly) that he had contradicted himself at least twice in our short conversation. He said something about his usual hourly rate being $100 and that he was doing this for free. (It was under warranty, yes.) Anyway, I have rentals and buy appliances fairly often. Will not be coming back here again.

This place is a dump and the appliances are trash. I have never seen such crappie customer service in my life. The owner Mike is a real prick. Please spend your hard cash else where and stay away from Nobody's Trash Center.

Bought a washer and dryer home yesterday; plugged the washer in and it leaked EVERYWHERE. Went through the trouble of getting it back downstairs and back on a truck for return. Was accused of purposely putting holes in the machine to cause the leak! I couldn't tell you how to take the thing apart, let alone take the time and hassle of finding a way to puncture the thing discretely. I can't even fathom what I could possibly gain from wasting valuable time on the piece of garbage to be accused of such a thing. If I could give negative stars, this place would get tagged the lowest. Wasn't even offered a refund.

Disappointed. Its not appropriate or acceptable to accuse paying customers of fraudulent activity because one can't own up to selling a faulty appliance. Save yourself the headache, you wont save money going here in the long run!

The woman there was very helpful. They have a wide variety of washers and dryers at a very fair price.
