Our experience was great. David was awesome, the girls at the counter were great. I'll shop there again for sure. Was told delivery could be 2 to 3 weeks. Our mattress was delivered in less than 10 days. And the delivery young men were the very best. It felt like my own kids were bringing it in. Thank you all so much for a great experience.

Not impressed at all. 4 weeks and still have not deliver meth. Never shopping here again.

We had a excellent experience in the store! Our sales associate went above and beyond for us! She was excellent in dealing with a very hyper 12 year old, who was on a steroid because she got bit by a bug, and helped her to accessorize her entire new bedroom! I would also like to rave about Elmer, who I believe works in deliveries! He helped us to pick a date that worked for us...I needed a few more days to prepare my daughters room...and he was awesome! Our original delivery date was 2-3 weeks and it was here in less then a week! Kudos to everyone at Ashley Furniture in Lake Havasu! You guys are awesome and I can not wait until we get the furniture tomorrow!!!!

On 2/20/17 we walked in mins before the store closed because we were in so much need for a mattress. These women in this store is I swear to you a god sent. They stayed past closing help us find a mattress and let us drive our motor home down to load it up. They are amazing people! I would never have gotten this service from a store in Minnesota or Bozeman. This is TRUE customer service.
