Ashley Medical Center is located in Ashley ND. It is the Medical Hub of the area offering top notch healthcare and Nursing Home Care. It is where first class healthcare and personalized service meet to provide the best medical care possible.

Story

Fitness center will be open on Mon, Tues and Thurs @ 5:15 to 7p and Wed @ 7p. While these are the hours if no one is there beside the volunteer on M, T, R by 6:20 they may leave early. Remember this is all kept open by volunteers so they are doing this to help the community. Also school children are allowed if their guardian is there. This was allowed last year and a change from the past so I encourage your continued adherence to this rule this includes Wed evening volleyball. If you have any questions call myself or Mr. Webster. He is very eager to see these programs succeed but also wants the rules to be closely followed. Come see all the new equipment both in the cardio room and the weight room. Starting January fitness classes will be offered at the school. The class is a cross training style that can be scaled for anyone no matter what your fitness level is. Come join us to have fun and improve our health together! (Hours may change and vary, please check this page for any changes)

Sunday- Sunday Funday is every other Sunday, class at 2pm and Sunday Funday at 2:30 for all ages
Monday- 6:00am-7:00am
Tuesday- 6:00am-7:00am
Thursday- 6:00am- 7:00am
Friday- 6:00am-7:00am
