Story

Vibra Hospital provides specialized medical treatment and rehabilitation to medically complex patients who require close monitoring and daily physician visits. Our patients are traditionally transferred from short-term acute care hospitals and require additional monitoring and medical care to ensure a safe discharge. Care is managed by a multi-disciplinary team, with the goal of transferring to either a lower level of inpatient care, such as acute rehab or skilled nursing, or home with home health services.
