I had a great shopping experience. Had a nice sales lady and looked at all our options. I am not happy with our delivery of our sectional couch. We bought a brand new leather one and when they delivered it, two  of the pieces had huge tears in them. They will exchange them but I expected better quality when spending a lot of money. Also I have to take time out of my work schedule to do the exchange delivery, which is very inconvenient.

Very disappointed.  Called ahead to the store and was told they deliver to Marshall, MN every Thursday. I asked specifically if we bought something the day before on Wednesday if they could deliver the next day and was told yes.  Drove all the way there and found a sectional we really liked was ready to pay and asked once again asked if they could deliver the very next day and they said sorry it’s not our poilicy it will be next week we never ship the next day.  We explained we moved the day prior and our mover have not arrived we have nowhere to sit or sleep and still couldn’t get them to follow through with what they told us on the phone.  So we left and even though I liked the furniture and had cash ready to pay I’m taking my business somewhere else even if the next place can’t deliver next day either.  Expectations were set and not met.  Lots of driving for nothing.

I had a great furniture shopping and purchasing experience at Ashley in Sioux Falls. My salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and fun. I found just what I what wanted and for a great price. I shopped all the other stores in Sioux Falls and have decided for my next furniture purchase I won't waste time in those stores, I'll go directly to Ashley.

We moved here from Wisconsin to a much larger home in Sioux Falls and called from a different Ashley store in Wisconsin and Brittni S. answered the call. She told us not to worry about things she would help us out. Brittni was the best sales person we have ever worked with. She gave us suggestions but wasn't pushy. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We left with all of our needs met at a fair price and the best customer service experience we have had. Brittni you rock
