Store was clean, well organized and sales staff and checkout personnel were friendly and efficient. Read some other reviews out here and folks... honestly what do you expect. Some don't want to be bothered and then others are complaining they are not getting help. Lighten up a little folks, it is impossible for someone to differentiate on first knowing you, sales folks are not mind readers. I do 80% of my shopping online. Only time I ever go to a store is when I want to compare for myself and Best Buy of Sioux Falls does a good job of that. As for leadership at the store, trust your team, reward them, they are your customers... the more you do it the better they will be. Good store, good people.

Called to ask about buying a phone online. Whoever answered was less than helpful. Gave one word answers. Did not seem knowledgable. Sorry trying to buy a $1000 device from you. I think you could give a s*!#.

Worst service ever!! We purchased appliances on 2\11 with an install date of 2/26, and were told everything was included. We found out a week before delivery that installation was not included and now are getting the run around on the installation date. "Managers" Elizabeth and dawn do not follow thru or return phone calls. They were quick to take our money but now don't want to follow thru on the service. 

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!#

I hate the fact you can't but CDs here anymore. I don't find myself in the store shopping nearly as much as I used to due to this. I'd rather shop online as it has become more convenient than going here.

Great selection of product in store and online. They usually have knowledgeable staff but have had family and friends often upsold to higher priced items with features or aspects of that product they never asked for and would never use.
